I call it Choco-Berry-Crunch

Another delectable treat made with chocolate, Familia berry crunch and Coco Crunch. I had no idea this three could be so darn good together. It was  a trial. I was aiming for a different concoction . Due to a lack of key ingredient, I could not proceed. I improvised using whatever ingredient was available. This came closed to what I had in mind. Even after the two were combined with melted chocolate, you can still feel the crisp in every bite. Yummy!

Recipe:
25 g Familia berry crunch
25 g coco crunch, roughly chopped
100 g semi sweet dark chocolate, melted

Place coco crunch in a resealable bag. Use wooden rolling pin to beat until they are roughly chopped.Mix the three. Form into balls and place in  mini muffin liners. Let the balls set before serving. You may want to chill them but they  harden like rocks so be sure to take them out of the fridge half an hour before serving. I didn't do a good job rolling the mixture. I would do better next time.

One bite will leave you wanting for more.
