Simple Dessert for Mango and Brownie Lovers

Mangoes and chocolate make perfect partners! When I saw the beautiful mangoes my sister brought home, I didn't hesitate to experiment ...... eat  mangoes with the brownies I made earlier.

I washed the fruit, sliced the cheeks. I discarded the stone. With a pairing knife, I made cubes by cutting the flesh vertically and then horizontally. I pushed the mango inside out so the pieces separate. I used spoon to scoop the cubes out.

I placed the mango cubes in three ice cream glasses. One for me, my sister and cousin Joy who was in town for the weekend

I topped them with little brownie bites.

We indulged in this  simple yet refreshingly different dessert.
