The sous chef has once again exhibited his fruit carving skill with this watermelon centerpiece. He used the yellow flesh this time. I prefer the red watermelon as it creates a more striking effect. I have been wanting to learn from him but due to my manic work schedule I haven't had the chance to do so, let alone watch him carve. As expected, this impressive work of him has brought smile and joy to the couple.
