Baked Tortillas

I was still on my way home when I thought of baking the leftover tortillas for dinner tonight. I remember there was a can of baked beans left in the pantry. I could use them as a filling. My mouth went watery as I picture a plate of baked tortillas.

As soon as I got home, I took the flat bread out of the fridge, opened the can of baked beans, sat down and started wrapping.

Three big tortillas went in to the baking dish.

I made tomato sauce, added salt, ground pepper, mixed herbs to taste. Poured it over the tortillas until the sauce covered much of them.

I topped them with grated quickmelt cheese.

Baked at 160 degrees Celcius for 15-20 minutes until the cheese melted. I served it with toast. Yummers!
