As soon as I got home, I took the flat bread out of the fridge, opened the can of baked beans, sat down and started wrapping.

Three big tortillas went in to the baking dish.

I made tomato sauce, added salt, ground pepper, mixed herbs to taste. Poured it over the tortillas until the sauce covered much of them.
I topped them with grated quickmelt cheese.
Baked at 160 degrees Celcius for 15-20 minutes until the cheese melted. I served it with toast. Yummers!
